In one of our projects, an 11-townhouse development, we had to go to the environmental court against the council. We used Fernway Engineering as our traffic experts. They have done an excellent job with swept path analysis and joint expert reports. The council had no choice but to withdraw all contention related to traffic.

Supun Perera of Fernway is very knowledgeable, has good exposure to the court process and the fees are reasonable.
